Individual And Random Attacks Are Not Allowed.
TO ALL MEMBERS.
EFFECTIVE June, 27, 2015.
Most of us are already aware that we should not be verbally attacking individuals in our community. In some cases you can be legally held accountable for statements made against another individual... With that being said...
1.) We will no longer tolerate any direct personal attacks from any members in our forums.
2.) Listing individual names will not be acceptable under any circumstances.
Since every company around the world is subject to reviews, by consumers... We will allow for reviews of companies and their products, and direct complaints will only be allowed, if a customer can provide proof of a problem.
Example: Streamlines (aka SLI), released a couple of products that had C40-8s that had trucks that did not turn. Proof was provided that the trucks did not turn. A Discussion Thread was allowed in our forums concerning the issue.
We believe this allows other consumers to be warned of faulty products before they buy it, as well as to hopefully encourage companies to fix such problems. In fact, one of our very own members was able to identify the problem and provided a solution to fix the trucks. Mission accomplished. However...
3.) Random attacks against any companies with generic comments... such as: "SLI Sucks"... will no longer be allowed.
In addition, when a Customer buys a product from any Company, that company's name should show up on up on the customer's payment statement. Example: "MSTSREPAINTS Co." Many Companies have more that one employee. Just because a member may be aware that a faulty product was assigned to, created by, and release for sale by: MSTSREPAINTS Co. Employee "John Smith", mentioning "John Smith" is also considered to be a personal attack, and is not allowed.
4.) Discussions must concern "THE COMPANY", and not any "Individual Employees".
If any such Threads and/or Posts are made which violate these rules, the Admin Team will instantly and harshly moderate or may even completely delete such Threads and/or Posts. Depending on the nature of the attack, MEMBERS will be held accountable for their statements, and will also be instantly and harshly punished. If the Admin Team deems it necessary, the attacking MEMBER may be instantly BANISHED as well. Consider this to be your "Final" warning, as you may not get another.
If any member happens to find any such Threads and/or Posts. Please report it to the Admin Team immediately, and the Admin Team will moderate the situation. We also strongly ask all of our members that they do NOT join in on the "Chaos" as it may make the situation worse, or possibly, it may involve those members in any "Legal Issues" that may result from the Personal Attack... Just notify the Admin Team instead.
Thank You,
Admin Team.
